The V1 Pro is designed for everyday cleaning across hard floors, carpets, stairs, sofas and car interiors. It combines powerful cleaning performance, lightweight handling, six-stage filtration and up to 60 minutes of runtime in standard mode.
What does the 30-day trial mean?
You have 30 days from delivery to try the V1 Pro in your own home. If it isn't right for you, contact us to arrange a return and receive a full refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to mainland France and countries within the European Union. If your destination is not available at checkout, contact us at support@nexamclean.com and our team will confirm whether delivery is possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link. Please allow a few hours for the carrier's tracking information to update.
How do I return a product?
